Refund Policy

Monthly plan ($9 per month)

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep paid access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund partial months.

Yearly plan ($90 per year)

If you change your mind, email us within 14 days of a yearly charge (your first payment or a renewal) and we will refund that charge in full. After 14 days, you can still cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged in error, email us and we will refund the incorrect charge in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@abodeofsunmoon.com from the address on your account. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
