These terms apply to your use of news.abodeofsunmoon.com (the "Site") and to free and paid memberships of the Abode of SunMoon newsletter ("Abode of SunMoon", "we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You need a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, because we sign you in by sending a link to it. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to subscribe.

2. Paid subscriptions

Paid memberships cost $9 per month or $90 per year, in US dollars, unless a different price is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. If we change the price, we will email you before the change applies to your next renewal.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing hello@abodeofsunmoon.com. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Content and personal use

All issues, articles, images and other content on the Site belong to Abode of SunMoon or are used with permission. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to read the content. You may quote short passages with credit and a link. You may not republish, resell or redistribute full issues, or share your account access with others.

5. Nature of the content

Abode of SunMoon publishes research, commentary and opinion on history, religion, mythology and esoteric traditions. It is provided for educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical or psychological advice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, send spam through it, or post unlawful or abusive material in comments or replies. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close a paid account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of the current period.

7. Changes and availability

We may change these terms. If a change is significant, we will email members before it takes effect. We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
